Judge Russo recently returned to private practice after more than twenty years of Government service. He is now accepting retainer in significant litigation matters and also acts as a mentor / consultant for other attorney’s in all types of litigation and trial matters.  During the course of his career he has tried several hundred bench and Jury trials as the lead attorney. As a Trial Court Judge he has presided over hundreds of trials.
Judge Russo brings a unique perspective and experience to the practice of law.  He is one of the few lawyers in the United who has worked as a POLICE OFFICER, PROSECUTOR, TRIAL ATTORNEY AND ULTIMATELY AS A TRIAL COURT JUDGE.  He has had the unique opportunity to view and participate in all aspects of criminal work.
